Brad Washburne

Brad has over 44 years of experience in medical device Operations & Engineering and joined AccuVein in May 2021 where he is currently COO. Previously Brad held various leadership positions in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Operational Excellence and Engineering at Covidien/Medtronic for 12 years. From 2004-2008, Brad was COO of a medical device startup.
 
Brad transitioned to the Boston area in 1994 and for 10 years was President of Employ+Ability, a unique, non-profit medical device manufacturing company with a mission to competitively employ people with disabilities. Brad spent the first 16 years of his career at Baxter Healthcare in Chicago and southern California managing various Engineering, Operational Excellence and Marketing functions.
